The Tampa Bay Buccaneers suffered a tough defeat in Week 3, when they were somehow eliminated by the Denver Broncos.
It was a miserable performance on both ends of the field for the Buccaneers, who entered the game as favorites to win.
However, Tampa Bay appears to be responding well to the defeat, as they currently lead the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 4.
Giving the Buccaneers a strong start to the 2024 NFL season is Baker Mayfield, who has gone from quarterback to legitimate star in his new era.
There was a lot of pressure on Mayfield to perform well because he was replaced by Tom Brady, who officially retired for the second time.
Mayfield made comments about players who didn't necessarily want to play with Brady and the future Hall of Fame member responded to the game's broadcast.

Brady clearly took issue with the idea that his teammates didn't enjoy playing with him and stressed the need to win before the Super Bowl.
He also appears to be reviving Mayfield and suggests the Buccaneers' new quarterback should focus on trying to win his first ring before pursuing him.
Brady may have been sitting out during the game, but it looks like he still has a fire inside him.
