There is not a lot that needs to be said about the Helix series. Alongside the Quad Cortex from Neural DSP, Line 6 Helix has become one of the most popular and best all-in-one multi-effects amp-in-a-box series on the market. As connoisseurs will be familiar with the advantages and disadvantages of the Helix, let’s take a quick look at the differences between the Helix and the Helix LT in our Line 6 deal.
The Helix is about two pounds heavier than the LT. It also has a dedicated ‘Phones’ control to adjust the headphone output volume. Most importantly, the Helix has a couple of extra jacks on the back for expression pedals and FX return. The Helix LT also has no mic or aux input.
