Rest Armorer's lawyers want her released from prison.
After Alec Baldwin filed a lawsuit in July, Hannah Gutierrez Reed's legal team asked for the “rusty” gun to be released from prison. They also believe his conviction is pending or that a new trial will be held in light of additional alleged conduct by his private promoter, Carey T. Morrissey.

Hannah’s position of emancipation and vice versa is not the same as Baldwin’s. “It’s a very unsuccessful argument for her.”
