As August comes to an end, or Otono comes, or what does that mean? Amazon Prime Video There's a new slate of movies streaming on the streaming device in September.
If you enjoy sci-fi, crime thrillers, or a recent movie that you need to watch, these are worth adding to your watch list. Embora Prime Video's new movie lineup for September is pretty close to these seven titles, or TheWrap wanted to bring you the best of its programming.

“Basic Instinct” (1992)
When a mysterious and beautiful romantic policewoman named Catherine Tramell (Sharon Stone) suspects the murder of a rock star, Nick Curran (Michael Douglas), the conspiracy and case investigator, seduces him into an intense and fun relationship that complicates their work. In my opinion, more victims appear and more people in Nick's songs seem to be connected to the murder.
“Arrest Me in Hell” (2009)
The horror mystery centers on Christine Brown (Alison Lohman), who is cursed after she refuses a woman's request to extend her mortgage. Once a happy family with a loving boyfriend (Justin Long), it becomes a terrifying day to find answers on how to break the curse. When she seeks help from a medium, she discovers that she will have to pay a heavy price to save her soul.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990)
If you want something the whole family can watch, Prime Video offers the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles option. The film takes place in New York City, where four tall people have transformed into anthropomorphic ninjas who fight crime. Under the guidance of their mentor, Splinter, Leonardo, Donatello, Michaelangelo, and Raphael must defeat a rebellious evil that is destroying the city.
“Dalia Negra” (2006)
In The Black Dahlia, police officers Dwight “Bucky” Bleichert (Josh Hartnett) and Lee Blanchard (Aaron Eckhart) are tasked with investigating the murder of Hollywood star Elizabeth Short (Mia Kirshner). So when one is preoccupied with a wealthy woman who may be connected to the murder, the rage is as stubborn as it gets, the men will have to find a balance and their moral quest that we want to solve the crime.
Hotel Artemis (2018)
The Great Riots continue in 2028 Los Angeles, where a series of thieves take refuge in a 13-story, members-only hospital for criminals, run and managed by a smart, visionary nurse (Jodie Foster) who has three other patients. Whether she is hospitalized or not, death and violence are still at large, and it's up to the nurse to decide whether to stick to the rules that have always been followed or return to the page.
“Elicao” (1999)
In an attempt to prevent Tracy Flick (Reese Witherspoon), a brilliant, determined but dishonest student, from becoming school president, or teacher Jim McAllister (Matthew Broderick), who recruits the dimwitted and popular athlete Paul to be a political candidate by Tracy. Meanwhile, Tracy discovers Jim's strategy and the two face each other in a battle that exposes the secret drama between the student body and the faculty.
“V of Venganka”
In post-World War London, a vigilante named V (Hugo Weaving) resorts to aggressive tactics to confront the evils created by the city's new fascist government. Along the way, he rescues a young woman, Evey (Natalie Portman), who becomes his companion in his quest to defeat the leaders of the police state.
