The iPhone 16 series specs, US pricing & promo materials get shared
The iPhone 16 series specs and US pricing come from Apple Hub. That’s also what we’ll check out first. The information has been shared via an image you can check out below. All four phones are listed one next to the other, along with their details.
The iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus will feature 6.1 and 6.7-inch displays, respectively. The iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max displays will be a bit larger at 6.3-inch and 6.9-inch sizes.
The two regular phones will still use 60Hz displays, while ‘Pro’ models will utilize 120Hz ones. The ‘Pro’ models will also be made out of titanium, while Apple will cling to aluminum on the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus.
Apple Intelligence is coming to all four models
Apple Intelligence will be available on all four phones, but the chips will be different. The Apple A18 is said to fuel the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus, while the other two devices will utilize the Apple A18 Pro SoC.
It seems like ultrawide snappers will be different two. The two cheaper models will use 12-megapixel ultrawide cameras, while the ‘Pro’ models are getting 48-megapixel ultrawide cameras.
Wi-Fi 7 will be another advantage of ‘Pro’ models, compared to Wi-Fi 6E on the regular and ‘Plus’ models. The ‘Pro’ models will also support 5x optical zoom, compared to 2x optical zoom on the remaining two phones.
The battery sizes have also been revealed, along with pricing
The battery sizes for the iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max will be 3,561mAh, 4,006mAh, 3,355mAh, and 4,676mAh, respectively.
The iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus are said to be on offer in 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB storage models. The other two phones will start at 256GB, but 512GB and 1TB storage options will also be available.
Alright, what about their prices? The iPhone 16 is said to cost $799 in the US, while the iPhone 16 Plus will cost $899. The iPhone 16 Pro could cost $1,099, while the ‘Pro Max’ is said to cost $1,199.
