Refresh your plug-in library with four new Antelope Audio Synergy Core Native compressor plugins based on legendary studio processors.
Antelope Audio Synergy Core Native Plugins
Antelope Audio is known for its audio interface technology, with quality conversion, and the Synergy Core DSP engine with its low-latency processing. However, this collection of classic compressor plug-ins is available now available to DAW users without Antelope Audio hardware.
Diode 609
The Diode 609 is a recreation of the classic Neve 33609 diode-bridge compressor, something Behringer fans will know all about. Meanwhile, Antelope Audio’s plug-in version mimics the feedback circuitry of the original, which was known for its versatility.
Apart from its obvious application on the master output bus, the 609 will also bring more cohesion to your channel groups containing vocals, guitars, and drums.
VP Drum-all-nite
If you were around studios in the 1980s or studied the recording techniques of the era you’ll have come across the Valley People dyna-mite compressor. The VP Drum-all-nite is a plug-in version of this sought-after studio legend, capable of the drum shaping magic.
The dyna-mite also had the ability to completely crush drums with compression while still maintaining the overall sound character. This makes it perfect for use in parallel and in-line processing configurations.
VP Gatekeeper II
Gatekeeper II is a dynamics-shaping plug-in based on the Kepex II with its rich heritage in rock and pop of the 1970s and 1980s. With both linear and logarithmic release modes, this versatile processor goes far beyond the scope of utility of a standard noise gate.
Besides expansion and ambience removal, you can also produce more creative effects when using the sidechain input. Try it out on drum loops or chopped-up vocal rhythms to get even more expression.
VP Brainiac II
Like its cousin the Kepex II, the Gain Brain II is an incredibly versatile dynamics tool capable of precise and creative processing. The Brainiac II brings this unique VCA limiter to your DAW with its outlandishly fast transient snatching virtues.
Meanwhile, regardless of how much gain reduction is happening, each sound maintains its original integrity and character in a similar fashion to Vari-Mu compression.
Pricing and availability:
Each of the four Native compressor plug-ins is available from the Antelope Audio Software Store, priced at $145. In addition, they are available to Synergy Core Native subscribers at $14.95 monthly or $149 annually.
