Spotify has been generous to its users by regularly pushing new features and updates. Now, Spotify is taking things one step further by announcing a new integration that allows users to share their favorite Spotify content directly to TikTok.

You can directly share your favorite tracks, albums, and other Spotify content directly to TikTok

Starting today, users can share their favorite music, podcasts, and audiobooks directly from Spotify to TikTok. Users now have two different options for sharing Spotify content directly to TikTok. First, they can directly post to TikTok Feed as well as TikTok Stories by sharing their favorite Spotify content using the green screen feature or Photo Mode.

Besides, users can also share their beloved playlists or tracks directly to TikTok DMs (direct messages). To remind you, TikTok today announced the “Share to TikTok” feature for the same purpose. The content users share to TikTok will include a link back so that users can open it directly on the Spotify web or mobile app.

Let’s say you want to share a podcast to TikTok, all you need is to tap “…” and hit Share. If you are in the Now Playing view on Spotify, simply tap the share icon located at the bottom right corner. Thanks to this integration, TikTok users can also save songs directly to Spotify from the platform. This cross-platform sharing feature is available for iOS and Android users across the globe.

Instagram users can now save songs directly to Spotify

If you ever wished to have saved and later play that one song you accidentally discovered on Instagram, you’re in luck. Starting today, Android and iOS users can now save their favorite songs to Spotify directly from Instagram.

Last month, both companies announced that this feature would be available via an update. Now that it’s here, you should first update your Spotify and Instagram app. Now, whenever you scroll through Instagram and find a song that you like, simply tap on that song. Next, the app will take you to the song’s audio page.

On the audio page, tap the “Add” button to link your Spotify account with Instagram once. Finally, your song will be saved to Spotify, it’s that simple. Moreover, you can access these saved songs in your Like Songs playlist in Spotify’s You Library section.
