The entire HONOR Magic7 flagship lineup just got certified. Five models in total are coming, and the certifications occurred in China, over at the 3C certification website.

Five HONOR Magic7 flagship models were just certified

The model numbers in question are the PTP-AN0, PTP-AN10, PTP-AN60, PTP-AN20, and PTP-AN70. The devices in question are the HONOR Magic7, HONOR Magic7 Pro, HONOR Magic7 Pro Satellite, HONOR Magic7 Ultimate, and the HONOR Magic7 Porsche Design. The Porsche Design model is also expected to offer satellite connectivity.

These listings did confirm that the device will support 100W wired charging. Other than that, and the model numbers, no additional information was shared. We’re used to seeing that from the 3D certification, though.

The HONOR Magic7 smartphones will become the company’s new flagship offerings. They’re coming earlier than usual this year, however. The HONOR Magic6 series launched in January this year, and the Magic7 series will follow in October, it seems.

The HONOR Magic7 series is expected to debut early, in October

That information came from Digital Chat Station, one of the best-known tipsters in China, so chances are it’s accurate. These certifications are also indicating an early launch. HONOR usually waits a year to announce a new set of flagships, so this is a bit surprising.

Why an early launch? Well, the company probably wants to take advantage of new SoC offerings from MediaTek and Qualcomm as soon as possible. A number of other companeis are doing the same thing, so there’s no point in waiting.

The chips in question are the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 or Snapdragon 8 Elite, we’re still not sure what name Qualcomm will use.

The HONOR Magic7 design did surface in a sketch, while the alleged real-life image also appeared (shown below). Do note that the design may differ a bit from one model to the next, however.
