The HEDDphone Two GT is the brand new headphone from the German company HEDD. Based on the HEDDphone Two, this revised model is not primarily designed for studio work, but rather for pure listening pleasure.

The new HEDDphone TWO GT has been specifically designed for the audiophile world and is not intended as a studio headphone. Instead it is all about pure listening pleasure. And of course, the Berlin-based manufacturer has come up with a few ideas to achieve this.
The new model is based on the successful design of the HEDDphone TWO (read more here), but has been refined in important details to create a captivating listening experience. The new headphones have a new, warmer tuning that the manufacturer believes combines precision and emotion.
The AMT driver has also been redesigned to produce even less distortion, according to HEDD. The so-called Variable Velocity Transformation – VVT for short – ensures playback from 10 Hz to 40 kHz. The HEDDphone TWO GT uses an open over-ear design. The impedance is 41 ohms.
High end sound, high comfort
The HEDDphone Two GT comes with a new hand-woven premium cable (4-core 5N SPC), which can be upgraded with an optional high-end cable. New velour and leather ear pads provide enhanced comfort. These can be interchanged at will. The headband, which HEDD calls the HEDDband, is fully adjustable for comfort. The headband has also been visually refined. The headphones weigh a total of 550 grams.
The new model is said to deliver a fuller, smoother and more detailed sound with faster transients. This is combined with an ergonomic design for a luxurious listening experience.
In addition to the headphones, the package includes a 1.6m cable with a 6.35mm connector, a 3.5mm adapter, a cable with a 4.4mm connector, a matching 4-pin XLR adapter and a travel pouch.
