Recently, he has become more favored due to his decision to give up a $100 million-plus opportunity to immediately grant a contract extension and give the organization significant financial flexibility.
Esso, along with his excellent play last season, left the player absolutely ecstatic to receive a signed jersey from Brunson as a wedding gift.
The boy also has a Rolex watch as a gift, but it's clear he has more to offer than just an expensive watch.

It's a great gift for any Knicks, and Brunson may have to double the offer with income this season.
For the first time in years, New York can seriously compete for an NBA championship, or at least return to the NBA Finals.
Adding Mikal Bridges and keeping OG Anunoby in this rotation gives Tom Thibodeau's team the combination of depth and solid defenders needed to represent a legitimate Boston Celtics team in the Eastern Conference.
With Brunson leading their electric game, both Knicks have plenty of reason to be excited about next season.
