Telegram founder says he was wrong, accuses him of alleged crimes on his platform

The Russian-French businessman was arrested after landing at Paris-Le Bourget airport on August 24 and released on bail several days later. Building technology is very difficult. No innovator would ever build new tools if he knew he could be held personally liable for misusing those tools.
