The Beyerdynamic AVENTHO 300 and AMIRON 300 are two new wireless solutions with a compatible mobile app and multipoint Bluetooth.
Beyerdynamic is a company built around innovation in headphone and microphone technology, so there is always an air of anticipation around any new offerings.
There aren’t many companies today that can celebrate 100 years of innovation. We’re incredibly honored to be sharing our centennial year together with IFA, another historic and innovative German organization. There’s no better way to introduce our latest and greatest true wireless products than at IFA 2024, as it showcases a century of the latest and greatest innovations.
Andreas Rapp, Beyerdynamic CEO
Beyerdynamic AVENTHO 300
Designed with Beyerdynamic’s STELLAR.45 drivers, the AVENTHO 300 wireless headphones use a Hybrid Active Noise Cancelation with SONY chips built into each of the earpieces. With the button and pal-controlled touchpad, it’s simple to access the basic functions and activate Transparency Mode if needed.
These ergonomically designed headphones are built for comfort with lightweight materials, so you can almost forget you’re wearing them. In use, the AVENTHO 300 provides up to 50 hours of playback time. Furthermore, a full charge is possible with a mere 2 hours of charging via USB-C and 10 minutes of fast charging will give you up to 5 hours of playback.
Besides Bluetooth 5.4, the AVENTHO 300 supports high-res codes such as LE Audio, AAC, aptX Adaptive, and aptX Lossless. Overall, it promises to be one of the most formidable sets of ANC headphones released in a while. At $399.99 MSRP, the AVENTHO 300 is in direct competition with the SONY WH-1000XM5 and the Apple Airpods Max, only time will tell how they measure up.
Beyerdynamic AMIRON 300
Also featured at IFA 2024, is the AMIRON 300 true wireless earbuds. Much like the AVENTHO, the same sleek lightweight design aesthetics are at play, with 10 mm drivers that will make your “listening experience feel like a studio session” according to Beyerdynamic.
To compensate for noisy environments, the AMIRON 300 uses an algorithmic noise reduction system with six integrated microphones. Also, the intelligent ANC will intuitively adjust to ambient spaces, with a Transparency Mode to remain aware of your surroundings.
Bluetooth 5.3 allows pairing with multiple devices, so you can move seamlessly from mobile to desktop platforms without missing a beat. With a 38-hour battery, you’ll get up to 10 hours of continuous playback time. Meanwhile, you can extend the playback by 28 hours with the Qi-compatible charging case and 10 minutes of standard charging will give you 2 hours of playback.
Overall, the AMIRON 300 seems like a quality lifestyle wireless earbud design. Although, with a price tag of $279.99 MSRP, it better be.
Both the Beyerdynamic AVENTHO 300 and AMIRON 300 are compatible with the accompanying Beyerdynamic mobile app. This provides control over a wide range of features, so you can customize the experience for your specific purposes. You’ll be able to pick them up this October from your favourite retailer.
