Anker is present in multiple segments of the tech industry. However, for a long time, the Anker name was mainly associated with the power solutions segment, offering products such as chargers, power banks, or power stations, among others. These types of products continue to occupy an important place in the company’s catalog. During IFA 2024, Anker launched the SOLIX X1 Hybrid Energy Storage System lineup and the C300 DC Portable Power Station.

SOLIX X1 Hybrid Energy Storage System can power your home

A home energy storage system can store excess electricity in batteries to use later, according to your needs. It can help you save money in the medium and long term, since you can balance your current power needs with the extra supply. An energy storage system can also keep your home powered in case of power outages. This can be especially important in extreme conditions.

That said, Anker launched single-phase and three-phase models in its SOLIX X1 Hybrid lineup. The main difference is in the maximum power output that each one can offer. The single-phase variant supports outputs between 3.68kW and 36kW, while the three-phase one offers outputs between 5kW and 72kW. Both models boast a sleek modular design that, in addition to looking good, keeps the user’s home safe if a battery pack fails.

The Anker SOLIX X1 Hybrid lineup also offers extremely fast response to outages, switching to backup power in under 10ms. The company claims that the InfiniPower system guarantees continuous 1.05X of the rated power output. Thermal protections are also of high quality, which is important for a product of this nature. The energy storage systems can operate without problems in the range of -20°C to 55°C. Other features worth mentioning include IP66 rating, noise levels below 40dB and a 10-year warranty.

SOLIX C300 Portable Power Station will keep your devices charged

Home energy storage systems are intended as stationary products. However, Anker also wants to offer more versatile power sources for your main devices. With that in mind, the company launched the C300 DC Portable Power Station with a maximum output of 300W thanks to its 288Wh battery. The product offers 2x USB-A (12W) and 4x USB-C (140W, 140W, 100W, 15W) ports so you can charge all your important devices. There’s even a 120W car cigarette output.

The company boasts of the C300 DC’s compact design, claiming it’s up to 30% smaller than the industry standard. The charging station supports up to 280W power input through its two 140W USB-C ports for charging. Its battery offers up to 3,000 charge cycles, and multiple thermal protections ensure stability and proper operation. You can also customize the power output through a dedicated app.

Lastly, there are no details yet on pricing and availability for these products. Hopefully, the company will provide more information about it soon.
