Google’s Pixel Watch 3 has new accessories available at the Google Store that weren’t previously available, so if you’ve been looking to pick a few things up, Google now has them on offer. The Pixel Watch 3 already had a small collection of bands on the Google Store right from the get-go after it was put up for pre-order. However, these were basically limited to the official bands that were made by Google. Now, there are a few more band options and even protection and charging accessories.
That being said, this is a smartwatch. So the amount of accessories is never really going to be massive. There are only so many types of accessories a watch can really have. So, what is Google offering for the Pixel Watch 3 these days? Well, the standard collection of bands that were available during the pre-order phase is still there. You can now also pick up a Spigen stand. This isn’t a proper charging stand like you see with the Apple Watch. Rather, the Pixel Watch 3 charger that comes in the box slots into the stand and you can place the watch on it. Still, it should be useful if you want a more organized and clutter-free way to charge the watch. You can also find this accessory on Amazon. It’s also cheaper on Amazon at $22 compared to $25 at the Google Store.
Additionally, you can pick up the Spigen Rugged Armor case for the Pixel Watch 3. Which is yet another accessory that’s also available on Amazon. And surprise, Amazon has it for $10 less.
Even more accessories for the Pixel Watch 3 are coming next month
Band choices for the Pixel Watch 3 on the Google Store are still somewhat limited, but that will change eventually. How soon depends on what you might consider limited, and where that threshold ends. The good news is that at least there will be a few more options soon. As 9To5Google points out, two of Bellroy’s Pixel Watch 3 bands will be available on the Google Store starting in September. This will include the Black and Brown leather straps. So if you like leather, these are nice alternative options to what Google has.
Additional accessories on the way include the Fusion screen protector and Glass Elite 360 case from Zagg. These are also out of stock at Zagg’s website, so it seems you’ll have to wait for Google or for Zagg to restock if you want one of them.
Amazon has quite a few options for accessories
Most of these are going to be third-party no-name brands. However, if that doesn’t bother you, Amazon has a pretty wide selection of cases, bands, and screen protectors for the Pixel Watch 3. All at lower prices than you’ll find at the Google Store. So it may be worth a look if you don’t care that the accessories come from Google.
