Warm Audio WA-47T
The WA-47T is a recreation of the classic U47 tube condenser microphone, built with a custom capsule based on the K47, a 5751 premium vacuum tube, and a TAB-Funkenwerk output transformer.
This limited edition titanium-finished version includes a complete kit contained within a molded foam-lined flight case. Inside, you’ll find the WA-47T in its familiar wooden box, the external power supply, the titanium-finished shock mount, and a 7-pin Gotham AG cable.
This ensures that your prized WA-47T is completely protected from dust when not in use. In addition, the risk of any thumps and bumps on the road is reduced considerably.
Otherwise, all the specs are the same as the original WA-47, with nine polar patterns and a frequency range based on the classic tube mic that recorded the likes of Frank Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald.
