The OPPO Find X8 could get a major redesign if a leaked live image is anything to go by. Someone was spotted holding the alleged OPPO Find X8 in China, and that image ended up on Weibo.

You can check out the image below this paragraph. As you can see, this phone no longer has a circular camera island on the back, nor does it have curved sides. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, though.
This handset comes with a rather large camera island on the back, but it’s not a perfect circle any longer. At least three cameras will sit back there, while the camera island does protrude a bit. You can also see an LED flash in the top-left corner, outside of the camera island.
This design detail, and the LED flash on the back, plus the positioning of the cameras inside the camera island do suggest that this is the real deal. It still seems like a part of the Find X series, despite the redesign.
Its frame will resemble the frame on Apple’s & Google’s flagships
The phone’s frame is flat all around, while it does curve slightly towards the edges, just like the iPhone 15 series’ and Pixel 9 series’ frame. You’ll notice an alert slider on the left too. This seems to be a black / dark gray color variant.
The phone’s specs have also been tipped recently. The OPPO Find X8 is expected to utilize a 6.7-inch 1.5K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The MediaTek Dimensity 9400 is expected to fuel the phone.
A 50-megapixel main camera will be backed by a 50-megapixel ultrawide unit, and a 3x periscope telephoto camera. A 5,600mAh battery is tipped too, while the phone could end up offering 100W wired charging.
The phone is also said to utilize a glass body and arrive in Black, Blue, Pink, and White colors. That’s basically everything that has leaked thus far.
