We are getting closer to the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE or Fan Edition smartphone. Lately, the device has been popping up in the databases of various regulatory authorities. Most recently, the phone was certified by Bluetooth SIG and the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).

Galaxy S24 FE’s US variant will also utilize an underclocked Exynos 2400 SoC

According to the latest Geekbench listing, the US variant of the Galaxy S24 FE with the model number SM-S721U will also utilize an underclocked Exynos 2400 SoC. The South Korean and global models of the device were also tested by Geekbench with the same SoC. The chipset in the latest Geekbench results is listed as “s5e9945”. It is rumored to be called the Exynos 2400e variant of the standard Exynos 2400 processor.

In the latest test, the Galaxy S24 FE’s SoC has one Cortex-X4 core at 3.21GHz, accompanied by two Cortex-A720 cores at 2.9GHz.
