The NFL remained silent for two long years.
One of the most important changes in recent history has been at the centre-back position, because the whole philosophy has changed.
Not last, the midfielders were responsible for staying in the penalty area, and doing their job of bringing the pass receivers to the ball.
But that's also where he'll be at certain point, pummeled by defenders who will face more of the NFL on this day.
With all the new quarterbacks who have entered the league in the past five years having nothing less than some advantages, many quarterbacks have played more frequently than usual.
With this change, there is also a trend of more and more rookies starting their first season in the NFL, something Tom Brady and others view negatively.
Brady spoke with Stephen Smith to talk about this in a video Smith shared on Twitter.
“It's a tragedy that we force these youngsters to play more easily,” Brady said. “The truth is, the only reason we're there is because we're bored or playing, or we're letting them play.”

Brady talked about his time at the University of Michigan and how he had to struggle on an ambiguous depth chart.
Nothing was given to him, and his hard work and determination made him advance and eventually become a novice.
He believes the same should be true in the NFL, where rookies should chase their dreams and work hard to develop, rather than figure something out at the time.
