Esteban Ocon Signed a multi-year deal with the Haas Formula 1 team to partner British teenager Uli Berman From 2025.

“I am very proud to announce that I will be joining Haas in 2025 on a multi-year contract. I am excited to start this new chapter in my Formula 1 career and join an ambitious racing team whose spirit, work ethic and incredible upward trajectory have impressed me,” Ocon said on Twitter.
“I would like to thank Jin (Haas, team owner) and Ayao (Komatsu, team chef) for our honest and fruitful discussions over the past few months.
“The Haas F1 Team has big plans and clear goals for the future, and I’m looking forward to meeting Ayao (my first F1 race engineer!), as well as working with everyone in Kannapolis, Bunbury and Maranello.
“Therefore, my focus and energy remain fully dedicated to the Alps. We have 11 races ahead of us this year, and I am more excited than ever to complete a five-year partnership with the team.
That means the American team Haas, seventh in the standings after 13 rounds, will have a completely new driver line-up for 2025, with Nico Hulkenberg joining Sauber (soon to be Audi) and Kevin Magnussen looking set to quit F1.

Great things were expected of the Essex-born driver, but now he must contend with the formidable Ocon, who has gained a reputation, sometimes unfairly, for clashing with his team-mates on and off the track.
The 27-year-old has close relationships with players such as Sergio Perez, Fernando Alonso and Gasly, but Permane already knew his teammate would act as a “mentor” to him.
“It won't be a big deal for them to do that, but only in the last few years of their management can we learn a lot,” the Briton said shortly before Ocon's appointment.
“The main thing is to hear their feedback, or hear their feedback about the car, or the car feedback will be the main way to help me.”
“Obviously their job is not the end of the job and they have to manage themselves on their own and have nothing to do with me, but obviously they will learn a lot from their opinion,” he added.
Meanwhile, both drivers will be focused on this weekend's Belgian Grand Prix, with Ocon currently 18th in the F1 championship, while Permane is 14th in both the F1 and F2 standings thanks to his unique appearance in Saudi Arabia.
