Harley Benton Power Plant 12AC Pro Modular
Back in 2019, Harley Benton provided players with the ISO-12 Power Plant. Whilst it proved to be a perfectly acceptable power solution, they’re back with this revised edition. However, you still get some great standout functions such as LED monitoring on each output and 12 individually isolated outputs with one additional non-isolated output.
These outputs are also filtered & short circuit protected, overall reducing any unwanted hum or interference.
AC Switching
Typically, various guitar pedals all want different levels of power. Therefore, the Harley Benton Power Plant can switch between stages of currency across various outputs:
- 4x output 9V DC @ max. 250 mA
- 4 x output 9V DC @ max. 500 mA
- 4 x output switchable 9/12/18V DC @ max. 9V@500
- 1 x output 9V/3A DC for effects with higher demands
Connectivity
Aside from having a stable and versatile power supply, there’s more on offer. Included are plenty of cables for the Power Plant. Some of which include a 5.5mm × 2.5mm for Line6 pedals, USB-A and USB-C cables for charging mobile devices. So you won’t need to worry about your chord and lyric prompts dying mid set!

Verdict
Overall, we think that it’ll be a worthy purchase if you rely on effects pedals for your set lists. Moreover, it weighs less than 1 kg, so you’ll hardly notice it in your gig bag or back pack.
