Publicis Montreal has appointed Johan Vakidis as Chief Creative Officer. Previously Vakidis had a highly successful career in top agencies in China.
With two decades of international experience, Vakidis (pictured) brings a global creative expertise and will play a crucial role in the reinforcement of the growth, innovation and creativity of Publicis Montreal.
He notably built his reputation by working on global campaigns in China for iconic clients such as Adidas, Nike, Coca-Cola and Apple. His journey has led him to hold creative leadership positions at Ogilvy, AKQA, R/GA, Publicis Shanghai and The Walt Disney Company. Vakidis is the recipient of several international, regional and local awards, and has served as a juror for some of the most prestigious festivals, including Cannes, D&AD and One Show.
He previously worked for Publicis as chief creative officer in China, joining in 2018.
