The Motorola Razr 50 has surfaced on Geekbench, and thus some details were revealed. The Motorola 50 SoC and RAM information has been confirmed thanks to this benchmark.
First and foremost, the phone managed to score 1,033 points in the single-core, and 2,751 points in the multi-core test on Geekbench. That is not saying a lot as this could be a unit with non-final software.

What this listing does reveal is that the phone will ship with 8GB of RAM. That will probably be its only variant, and that is expected. Android 14 is also mentioned on Geekbench, which is also expected.
Now, in regards to the SoC, things do get a little bit more complicated. The listing mentions an SoC with the ‘aito’ codename and the Mali G615 MC2 GPU. A MediaTek SoC will fuel the phone, an unreleased one.
The MediaTek Dimensity 7300X is the expected SoC that could fuel this smartphone. We’re still not 100% sure that will be the case, though. That chip will be a mid-range unit, but a very powerful mid-ranger.
The phone itself is tipped to include a 6.9-inch main OLED display, which is foldable. That display will have a fullHD+ resolution, and it will offer a 120Hz refresh rate.
It will also include a 3.6-inch cover display
The cover display on the device will measure 3.6 inches. It will offer a resolution of 1056 x 1066, if rumors are to be believed. A 50-megapixel main camera is also expected, along with a 13-megapixel ultrawide unit.
Motorola is seemingly planning to use a 3,950mAh battery for this smartphone. A 32-megapixel selfie camera (the one on the main display) has also been tipped. The phone is said to support 33W wired charging.
We still don’t have the launch date for the Motorola Razr 50 series, but the phones are coming soon. The Motorola Razr 50 Ultra will launch alongside the vanilla model.
