This week’s Guitar Deals at Thomann include significant savings on BOSS, Fishman, PRS, and Blackstar.
BOSS Katana 100 MKII
The BOSS Katana 100 MKII 1x 12 combo amp is a highly flexible setup for guitarists. It consists of five amps and five effects and includes access to the Boss Tone Studio software, which has over 60 different Boss effects available.
Currently, this model is only $285/£269 *, which makes it cheaper than the 50-watt version, so more power for less money.
Power Scaling

BOSS JB-2 Overdrive/Distortion
Another deal on BOSS this week is the Angry Charlie JB-2 Overdrive/Distortion pedal, which combines two overdrive effects in one unit. It combines the BOSS BD-2 Blues Driver and the Angry Charlie from JHS Pedals into one pedal.
This model is currently down to $180/£172 *, a great deal for this pedal.
Dual Controls
It uses dual concentric controls for each drive section and has two serial connections for stacked sounds or parallel connections. It is a great low- to medium-gain overdrive pedal with lots of useful tonal variations.
Fishman Loudbox Mini Charge
Next up is the Fishman Loudbox Mini Charge, a busking amp with two channels for an instrument and microphone and a battery life of up to 18 hours. This 60-watt combo also weighs a reasonable 10 kg, so it can be transported easily.
It is currently down to $399/£379 from $579 so a nice saving until 10 April, when the deal ends, so there are a few more days to pick up a bargain.
Bluetooth
This amp has Bluetooth connectivity for backing tracks and features built-in reverb and chorus effects as well. A great little busking amp with plenty of useful features.
PRS SE P20E Parlour BV
The PRS SE P20E Parlour BV is a small-bodied acoustic is down to $359/£347. This model comes with the PRS Voiced Fishman Sonitone pickup system and is well worth checking out at this deal price.
Mahogany
They have a mahogany body with PRS’ traditional hybrid X-bracing system. The matching wide fat mahogany neck comes with an ebony fretboard with a set of PRS Bird inlays.
It is a well-thought-out acoustic with a very useful onboard pickup system to make it even more versatile.
Blackstar ID:Core 20 V4
The Blackstar ID:Core 20 V4 combo is currently down to $185 from $269 and offers a lot of great features for guitarists. This 20-watt (2x 10-watt stereo) combo has 2 x 5″ speakers and controls for Voice, Gain, Volume, ISF, Effects Type, and Effects Level.
Effects
The amp also comes equipped with Modulation, Delay, and Reverb effects, plus Clean, warm, clean, bright, crunch, super crunch, OD1, and OD2 voices. Making it a very flexible, yet compact setup for guitar players.
