Love of Italy
A large part of this collection has to do with the love and attention D&G pays to Italian architecture and art, which in turn influences the designs of their outfits. From the Heart to the Hands emphasizes this connection, named for D&G’s cofounders and the ideas that start in their hearts and find their way to their clothing.
Dolce & Gabbana will present this with curator Florence Muller, who is a fashion history professor and writer. This exhibition starts in Milan, Italy at the Palazzo Reale, but it will travel all over the world by the time it finishes.
