Do not expect discounts as the prices for everything areattheir peak. A budget-friendly trek during this season is difficult for sure. The obvious reason is the beautiful weather.
The Everest base camp trek, Annapurna base camp trek, Poonhill trek, Langtank trek, etc are full during these months. A few days in the capital city after the trek will be your highlight for sure.

March to mid-May (spring/summer trek)–
These are another set of months best for a trekking experience in Nepal. The winter season is almost over and the sunny days approach.
The days become longer and there is no sign of rain. Mostly, all the trekking sites are now open for tourists during this season. Itcan be regarded as the second most peak season for trekking in the country.
Accommodations are packed and so are the restaurants and teahouses. However, the rates are a little cheaper than that of September-November.

June to August (monsoon treks)-

This season lies generally during the months of June to August. It is not considered very safe to trek during the rainy season.
Landslides and floods are likely to occur during heavy rainy days and hailstones along with storms are very common as well.
