Ny Traffic has won 7 out of the 24 races he has joined, finished 2nd in 5, and third in 3 races. Red Route One
Red Route One kicked off his racing career on a grassy track, clinching a fifth position in his initial competition, but later triumphed in his second race by 3 ¾ lengths on September 5, 2022, at Kentucky Downs. Later, the track was changed to assess his potential for the 2022 Breeders’ Cup Juvenile and the 2023 Kentucky Derby, presented by Woodford Reserve.
Red Route One, a Gun Runner colt, exhibited adaptability by securing a third position in his first dirt race at the Claiborne Breeders’ Futurity in Keeneland on October 9, 2022. However, he didn’t place on a muddy track in the Grade 3 Street Sense Stakes at Churchill Downs.
Closing his 2-year-old season, Red Route One ended up fourth, trailing by 1 ½ lengths, in the Grade 2 Kentucky Jockey Club Stakes at Churchill.
Opening his 3-year-old season, Red Route One demonstrated significant progress as he made a strong finish on a wet track on January 28, 2023, at Oaklawn Park, coming second to Arabian Knight in the $750,000 Southwest Stakes.
Steal Sunshine
Steal Sunshine’s journey began in the lush green pastures of Kentucky, known for producing some of the finest racehorses in the world. This 5-year-old colt is sired by Constitution, a successful racehorse in his time and one of the offspring of the popular thoroughbred Tapit.
He has run 18 races since he started his career, winning five out of them and placing second on two. His decent win record qualifies him as a reserve for the 2024 Pegasus World Cup.
