Samsung has announced that the Galaxy Enhance-X app is now available on select Samsung Galaxy devices, and the app is available through the Galaxy Store. This is a new photo editing app for Galaxy smartphones that allows you to edit and rework your photos, you can find more information about the app’s features below.
Galaxy Enhance-X also provides users with a wide range of tools with which they can customize their photos. HDR, for example, analyzes highlights, shadows, brightness, and contrast, expanding the dynamic range of an image and making the lighting richer without sacrificing quality. Like many of the Galaxy Enhance-X’s features, it also offers different intensity levels – from 0 to 4 in the HDR can. Moreover, the images that we receive via social media or other messaging applications often come to us compressed after we have uploaded them online. In such cases, the Upscale tool boosts the resolution of images under 1MP up to four times for accurate, consistent detail.
To precisely target specific areas, Galaxy Enhance-X has functions such as Fix Moiré and Remove Shadows. With Fix Moiré, users can smooth out repetitive, wavy patterns that often occur when taking photos of laptops, TVs, or displays. Since shadows can sometimes find their way into images even in well-lit indoor environments, the Remove Shadows feature isolates and removes them for bright, bold images free of intrusive silhouettes.
